Drawstring bags, also known as shrink bags, tight bags, lock bags, and drawstring bags, are packaging bags made by using various types of ropes to tie the mouth of the bag tightly to prevent the contents from leaking out. They are widely used in gift and product packaging. .
The bag body material of the drawstring bag mainly uses soft materials such as non-woven fabrics, cotton cloth, nylon cloth, and linen materials. Non-woven fabric pockets are relatively cheap, simple to make, and have good advertising effects; however, due to the inherent characteristics of non-woven fabrics, they cannot be used for a long time. Under natural conditions, the use time of non-woven fabrics is only three to five years. The price of non-woven fabric bag is mainly determined based on its specifications, fabric weight, printing requirements, rope requirements, etc. Non-woven fabric bag is mainly used for product outer packaging (as shown in the picture above, which requires thick fabric) and inner packaging (such as the inner packaging of shoes, which requires thin fabric or gift packaging, etc.).
Cotton drawstring bags are widely used in the internal and external packaging of high-end products because the fabric is soft and high-grade. Because they are easy to wash and have a long use time, they can be reused many times and have better advertising effects. Its price is higher than that of non-woven bag, and the cost is also determined based on its fabric thickness, printing requirements, specifications, etc.
Linen is more expensive than cotton, so it looks more high-end. It is mainly used for the outer packaging of high-end products. Because linen has a longer shelf life and can be reused more times; however, because linen is generally harder in texture, it is not as convenient to wash as cotton. The price is also determined based on specifications, fabric thickness, printing, etc. The picture below shows a linen drawstring bag, used for high-end drinking water packaging.
There are nylon ropes, cotton ropes, hemp ropes, etc. to tie up pockets. In terms of price, nylon ropes are naturally the cheapest.
